 What Is Haunted Woods?

Haunted Woods is a fundraiser for Scouting's National Honor Society, the Order of the Arrow's local Lodge, Hunnikick 76. Hosted annually for over 15 years, the forty-minute tour through the woods of the Pine Barrens is aimed at providing young Cub Scouts, their families, and their friends an opportunity to have fun on a haunted walk while providing peace-of-mind regarding age-appropriate content for adult leaders and parents.

This year, Haunted Woods tours will be available for two nights, Friday, October 21st, & Saturday, October 22nd. Tickets are available online only. After reserving your tickets online, you can pay with either a credit card, a check, or cash at the Rowan Scout Resource Center in Westampton via walk-in or postal mail. Tickets are priced at $7 each.   

About This Year's Theme

This year's theme: The Zombie Breakout is sure to be an exciting adventure. Participants will take a walking tour of the eerie grounds and visit the old barn, where the undead roam free.

The tour is a forty-minute guided walking tour on dirt trails. Be prepared for shrieks and screams (and maybe even some laughs) as you visit each skit designed for Cub Scouts, performed by Boy Scouts.
